• Telegram user identifiers, username, display name and language information;
• receipt images submitted by you;
• merchant name, transaction date, amount, currency and receipt category;
• information you provide when confirming or editing receipt records;

• subscription, quota and payment-related records;
• service, security and technical logs reasonably required to operate and protect TaxNadi.

• extract and organise information from receipts;
• store, search, edit and display your receipt records;
• provide spending summaries and preliminary tax-related categorisation;

3. AI processing

TaxNadi uses artificial intelligence services to process receipt images and extract structured information. AI-generated results may contain errors. Users should review important information before relying on it.

4. Service providers

We may use third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate TaxNadi, including providers for messaging, artificial intelligence, hosting, database and file storage, payment processing and website delivery.

These providers may process information only as necessary for the relevant service and subject to their applicable terms, security measures and privacy practices.

5. Receipt storage and security

Receipt files and related records are stored using controlled cloud infrastructure. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users should not submit passwords, authentication codes, payment card credentials or unrelated highly sensitive information through receipt images.

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide TaxNadi, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal or operational requirements.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason it is held.

7. Deleting receipt records

TaxNadi provides features that allow users to delete receipt records and associated stored receipt images. Certain minimal operational records may remain where reasonably required for quota accounting, fraud prevention, security or legal compliance.

Deleting a receipt does not restore receipt quota already used during the applicable quota period.

8. Payment information

Payments may be processed by an authorised third-party payment provider. TaxNadi does not need to store full payment-card credentials in order to provide the service.

9. Cross-border processing

Some service providers may process or store information in locations outside Malaysia. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate safeguards.

10. Your choices

You may review, correct or delete receipt information using available TaxNadi features. You may also contact us if you have a privacy-related request concerning your account or information.

11. Children

TaxNadi is intended for users capable of managing their own financial and business records and is not designed as a service directed specifically to children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when TaxNadi features, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
